I don’t particularly enjoy shoe shopping because I have wide feet and have usually trouble finding something that fits but Racine was super patient in helping me and educating me as well. “Awesome Experience. I spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Larry. I was impressed when he promptly pulled up my sales record from years ago and provided me with some recommendations. He put some items away for me and I came down the following day and purchased two pairs of sneakers because of fine treatment and their excellent follow-up.
Larry took time to show me just what I needed to walk properly with footwear that would provide proper support. He said to listen to your feet and make sure that it's comfortable and feels good.
Prior to coming down to see him, I was thinking of going to a DSW or a big box store, and boy what a Mistake that would have been. At places like that, you're just a number.
Larry and the rest of the staff measured me for the correct size and took a personal interest treating me like a member of the family. I'm thrilled! and will be a customer for life.
