“This place was fantastic! I blew a tire on my travel trailer on the Thruway And I was towed to Mahwah To a tire place that was supposed to have what I needed. When we got there, they didn’t and I called at least a dozen local tire places with zero success. I called this place and the guy was so helpful although he did not have the exact tire I needed. He was able to sell me another one that was very similar. I ended up buying two which meant I needed to drive back to my trailer. Install the one tire bring the trailer back to him to install the second tire. The place stayed open an hour later for a complete stranger and saved my family vacation!!!! Had it not been for them my travel Trailer would have been sitting in the middle of a grocery store parking lot certainly overnight. My food would have spoiled and we never would have been able to get back on the road the same evening. Good people still exist! Luckily I live pretty local and will be using them from here on out!”

“Found a nail in one of my tires so I went to Mavis in Oakland to fix it since they installed all the tires. I have used Mavis for years as they have installed tires on all of my vehicles and trailers. They are always courteous, friendly and reliable. I will continue to use them but I have to complain about the price. They found a nail in my tire. They plugged it. They didn’t take the tire off of the truck and patch it they just jacked the truck up pulled out the nail and plugged it. The price $50.00. I mean come on that’s insane. 5 minutes of work for $50.00. If they actually took it off and patched it like I wanted since the tires have 6,000 miles I wouldn’t be worried about the price but a plug for $50.00 is just insane and unreasonable. I then asked how much an oil change would be and was quoted $140.00. It’s a Chevy Suburban that uses conventional oil so $140.00 is completely insane. I understand everything is expensive in today’s world but this is getting out of hand.”
“They were great. I went in thinking I needed a wheel alignment, they brought my truck in, hooked it up, diagnosed I didn't need an alignment, gave me printout, no charge. Very polite, knowledgeable and honest.”

“I was in the area when I discovered I had a screw in my tire of my Tesla Model S, I was concerned of any local shops having experience with Tesla's but I did a search and saw there was several tire shops in the area but some were a mix of auto repair and Tire which usually they're always have their hands full doing car repairs and you may have to wait. They're ONLY an tire shop and will get to your tire needs right away as long as there's no other customers being served as well. When I got there they were open to my instructions on how to deal with the Tesla they did have a puck to jack it although it didn't have the nipple to stay flushed into the jack plate rather it was just a round spacer puck so I gave them mine to use. They plugged it and I was out very quick. They accept credit card payments, helpful for those who don't carry cash.”

“Balanced my tires for a great, sensible price. Other shops were quoting me $120 for all 4, Totowa Tire did it for just $60. Very honest and respectful - they showed me my driver side rim was slightly bent and moved it to the rear for me. All shaking is virtually gone thanks to their balance and moving the rim. Props to the front desk lady for being super nice, to the guy who fixed my car, and to the cute shop cat.”

“Bob's tires!!! I've been going here since before I started driving (I'm 50 now) eith my Dad back when he was in his old Paterson location. Bob's prices are amazing, service is incredible, and dudes are all alright. I have never had an issue with them after all of these years and if I did, they fixed it immediately. Honestly, I miss seeing Bob around the place, but it's great to see his family taking over and rocking it. I suggest appointments since they're real busy but they'll try and help if they can. If not? Make an appointment for the next day. To all of the guys at Bob's and Bob himself...thank you for all you have done and keep on doing!”

“4 new tire install at the building. When arrived, they brought 4 different tires than ordered. We agreed to continue work as they kept with the original quoted price,(same brand just a different grade, better tire). As work continued, the TPSM broke. Honestly things just didn't seem like it was going good. Not everyday can be flawless and It was just one of those days. Still continued on and they ordered an OEM TPSM.
The entire staff was very pleasant. They compensated for the mishaps that day all was taken care of professionally. Like said before, things happen and was handles great. I would still recommend Momemtum.”
