“Left Long Island yesterday afternoon to start my drive back down to Florida. I completely forgot to get my oil changed before I left so I checked my route and I was close to sayerville NJ. I went in and got my oil changed when the tech tells me I had a crack in my serpentine belt. Since I was about to be driving 17 plus hours I knew this needed to be taken care of right away. I started stressing out immediately because it was already late in the day almost 4pm, and I didn’t know anyone around the area i was in. I started calling around to a few shops, thankfully I called jiffy lube , and explained the situation, they were nice enough to get me right in immediately, and got to working on the car right away. I have a turbo engine so it was a little bit more difficult of a job than a regular engine but they still got it done and I was back on the road around 6 pm.. the staff there were very nice , very friendly, they helped explain everything, showed me my old belt with the crack in it. Very thorough with everything they did. I also liked that I was able to watch the car being worked on, and that they were so sweet and accommodating to not only me but my two dogs as well. all in all jiffy lube in sayerville NJ saved the day for me.. truly grateful.. thank you guys so much!!!”

They topped off all other fluids, added a quart of oil at no charge. They still allowed me to have a free carwash (that comes with the oil change service.”
