I took it to the Ford dealership first to see if someone could just take a look at the car to make sure it was safe to drive with my kids in it. They didn't even ask if I could leave it to check, just blew me off. I decided to go see the team at Lee Myles, the place was packed every lift was full Lance asked if I could give him a few minutes to pull someone off a job. He would have them check to see if it was safe to drive to give me peace of mind. He was honest, no lights had come on yet they might not find anything. They didn't find anything, at least they too the time to check. Later that day the transmission went. Lance and his team worked with my warranty people throughout the whole process. They made this terrible situation a little better, by making it stress free.”

“OK so I have a Honda pilot bought it in for service wholesale transmission they told me that I need a new transmission that my transmission had failed…..ok at that point I decided that I wanted to get the transmission rebuilt that’s what I decided on. They had the car a week and a half. I got the car a week ago Friday and I’m having drops on the ground of transmission fluid and antifreeze, so at this point, I have come in today for service to let them know that antifreeze and transmission fluid is leaking from my car had no leaks at all prior to bringing the car in for service. Even when the transmission had failed I had no leaks so at this time I’m here for service. I will let you guys know what’s happening further. I’m gonna leave the car here for service today and I’ll let you know what’s happening further when I pick the car up. At this time I’m being told that they gonna put it on a lift and they’re going to see where the leak says an in-service whatever needs to be taken care of. Again, I will let you know what the results are when I pick the car up.. will give a further review when I pick up my car . Not a good experience right now…….. UPDATE got the car back drove it a week everything’s working perfect like never before I’m so happy yay team wholesale transmission and they made me feel so good, because they were so tentative getting it right right from the door I must say ! I must say they were very communicative with the whole ordeal ,and I can appreciate that.”

“Decided to save money and diagnose my own car.. spent 2 hours on YouTube watching video after video before I gathered up enough courage to get under my truck and replace my 02 sensor and oil pressure switch. Even spent money on a special socket to remove the 02 sensor… I get under the truck and spend two hours trying to get my oil pressure switch off before I damage a surrounding sensor. I came crawling into Matawan Auto with my tail between my legs…. I should have just called them in the first place! I now spent more money on parts and broke my back, only to cause more damage. Turns out the Pressure switch I got on Amazon was dead on arrival! Leo was super quick and ordering me another one and it was actually cheaper than what I paid on Amazon! Save yourself time and money and just rest easy that they will do it right. I tried to be a hero and I ended up being a zero. Ps. I didn’t tell my wife Leo fixed it..Service: Electrical repair”

“I've been going to Thrust Performance with my vehicles for more years that I can remember. They are excellent at what they do, they will never rip you off, and I feel that their prices are very reasonable. I was there this morning (11/17/23) to get my oil changed. I had an appointment and the oil change was done very quickly. I've taken my vehicles a few times to other garages before I found Thrust...you know the garages that will change your oil in 10 minutes or less...and because I'm a woman after they get my car up on the lift, they'll come out and rattle off things that my car needs. I don't know what they're talking about and I can't spell what they're telling me to look the problem up. I find it very hard to believe them and they're just trying to get me to spend more money. I especially hate it when they tell you that they greased something underneath the car and you know damn well they haven't! You have none of that with Thrust. If Samar or Mike (the owners) think your car needs something they'll certainly tell you what the problem is and explain it in detail so you understand. They definitely do not put any pressure on you to do it while you're there. I have never felt that I have been taken advantage of at Thrust because I'm a woman. I think Thrust's reputation speaks for itself.... I'm very pleased with all the work that they have done on my vehicles over the years and will continue to use them.”

“I recently had my 2015 Nissan Sentra (CVT) transmission replaced with precision transmission and repairs and the service was exceptional. I walked into the repair shop and noticed how neat and clean the workplace was. The customer service was above and beyond I received calls regarding the repairs my car needed. Not only that but they full inspected my car for further service. They asked my permission for any additional repairs. “I had the guys at Jersey Car Care look at a used car that I recently purchased when I discovered the previous owner had done shoddy exhaust work, which left the exhaust hanging off the car with no hangers, and did a horrible job with a muffler delete, which left it looking disgusting. I contacted them for an appointment, showed up, and explained what my options were. I decided to basically have the exhaust system rebuilt. When the job was completed, the exhaust didn't look like someone's shop project gone wrong anymore and it also sounded much better than I expected. For anyone wanting repairs done and even custom work done, which is basically what I had done, I'd definitely go here.”
