“During my Aug 13th visit to the Eatontown store, I had a serious issue. I was told by a store associate that my gift card containing $100 did not have any funds on it. This was false, but the associates that were processing my transaction were led to believe that due to an issue with Nordstrom Rack's computer system. I was understandably upset after being told this by associates in full view of other customers, however, a gentleman named Jahiya quickly resolved this issue with great patience and care. He demonstrated strong leadership skills and he should be recognized for this. The lady associate (who may have also been a manager) who falsely claimed that there were no funds on the card should also be commended for her patience, as she did not retaliate with me after I criticized her.”

“On the to visit grinds in Rumson, I realized I forgot to pack a 2nd pair of pants. Used google maps to find a women’s clothing store on the way. Haven’t shopped at Loft for year but remember good experience the past. This one was great- much on sale and I found 2 perfect pair. Unfortunately most of the pant are skinny leg but found some straight cut.”

Recently called to order a pair of shoes, and they got it to me so fast! Friendly, reliable, and always go above and beyond. Highly recommend!”
“Renovation of the store definitely made an impact on the overall atmosphere. New layout makes browsing much less awkward. Feels more like boutique shopping, which I appreciate. Kerrilyn was super sweet and helpful. She definitely has the gift of connecting with the customer and knowing what works for them. Overall great experience.”

“Nice, clean, and well-organized store with a huge selection. I found the sneaker selection to be much stronger than the dress shoe selection. While I wasn't able to find anything I liked on this visit, the store was easy to shop and had plenty of options. I'll definitely come back and shop here again.”

They do have good, competitive prices on sneakers, and none of that consignment VS that Sneaker Ferry has adopted. The employees are chill and really helpful too! Definitely the spot to go downtown if you need new sneakers in a pinch”

“Walked in with an angry girlfriend who tried on over 15 different pairs of shoes from multiple different stores. We tried JD as a last ditch effort before leaving the mall and Greg was standing in the doorway and greeted us. I got nothing but good things to say about him, but the main reason I’m writing this review is due to his fantastic advice on what shoes my angry girlfriend should get. He recommended the Nike Vomero Plus (which he was also wearing) and my girlfriend was more than pleased. Shes very picky and complains about her feet hurting after her “arduous” nursing day. She’s on her feet all day for work and needed a solid shoe she could move around in all day at the hospital with no issues. Greg came to the rescue, he’s the goat ?”

Aurea assisted me with great professionalism and experience.
Very friendly and guided me through everything, very good prices and above all there is BOGO!
The place has been renovated, the apartment is very nice, everything looks more spacious and everything is super organized.
Don't forget your mask as the COVID prevention rules are followed to the letter.

“Amazing service and I didn’t even step foot in the store. I called the Wednesday before Thanksgiving searching for a specific men’s UGG shoe. I have called other Journeys but no location serviced me like this one. I spoke with a gentleman named Jose. Who let me know the shoe was out of stock and unfortunately he was unable to order it for me. He took down my information and said he will call me when he gets his next shipment. Due to COVID-19 I knew this was a long shot. I searched high and low since this was a Christmas gift my mom wanted for my brother. I finally was able to find a pair. I just received a call from Jose he received his shipment and the size I needed! I felt so bad I completely forgot and I already was able to get the shoe. I feel bad I am not giving him the business but he deserves a review and I highly recommend asking for him if there is something you need!”

“We love Carter's they always have the greatest deals for clearance items especially that babies grow so fast they also do free shipping home if you want to purchase something in store when they don't have the size you need. The only bad part is sometimes they close early without notice but the staff is very helpful and nice”
“Now I do love this store and I’ve only been here a couple times in the Woodbridge location and I know I’ve been to the other one in Palisades from the palisades mall location, I did buy a pair of sneakers there I always do like looking around the store and they do have good stuff, clothes and sneakers last year I bought a pair of Jordans for my birthday and this year I bought another pair of Jordans last time I bought a pair no problem. I only had one size left because I called the store a few times to hold my order. But the second time I bought a pair of Jordans there was this one clerk that gave me a pair of Jordan ones the left one had a smudge on it and I’m thinking is this some kind of joke and then I realize quickly that it’s bad Customer Service you don’t give a customer or customers a bad pair of sneakers. You’re supposed to treat the customers with respect when buying a pair of clothes or sneakers. Luckily, it was just a misunderstanding, and the issue got resolved quickly, and thankfully, it didn’t escalate. And thankfully, the other clerk was just there to step in and help resolve the misunderstanding now this has never happened before when I’m alone the last couple times I’ve been here again it was just a misunderstanding it happens when you shop at a store like this always speak up and always say something if something‘s wrong say something the customer is always right”
