Over time i lost touch recently googled local shoe repair expecting to find a store i just saw Sole Solution was number 1 on google. I called that second on a friday 5 min to close. Joe waited for me took my size fpur sandal and casual wear shoe and restored them to 100% perfection. Amazing! I never seen such great work. I had to say wait til she comes home we have 300 more to work on. This is not an exageration...im not family or freind. I witness my daughters happiness and the best yet is she doesnt have to break in a new pair. By the way" use buckles" if your shoe was intended to slip on they would have put elastic in stead" advice from a foot expert! Shouldnt he not have said any thing...said you will never need a repair only a cleaning. Go see Joe at Sole Solution”

“On Jan 20, I visited this store, my goal was to find a comfortable shoe to wear for an upcoming visit to NYC. My feet are not made for walking so my frustration was high as I couldn’t find anything comfortable. The women working saw my meltdown and started helping me. “Amazing service and I didn’t even step foot in the store. I called the Wednesday before Thanksgiving searching for a specific men’s UGG shoe. I have called other Journeys but no location serviced me like this one. I spoke with a gentleman named Jose. Who let me know the shoe was out of stock and unfortunately he was unable to order it for me. He took down my information and said he will call me when he gets his next shipment. Due to COVID-19 I knew this was a long shot. I searched high and low since this was a Christmas gift my mom wanted for my brother. I finally was able to find a pair. I just received a call from Jose he received his shipment and the size I needed! I felt so bad I completely forgot and I already was able to get the shoe. I feel bad I am not giving him the business but he deserves a review and I highly recommend asking for him if there is something you need!”

So the prices in this store are FANTASTIC they have good quality in shoes, sneakers, etc..I was able to get 2 different pair of shoes for lesser price and the Customer Service that I Received was awesome?. “It’s a special day when grandma brings the little one for their first pair of walking shoes, the employees at Belia’s don’t seem to know or care. I wanted traditional white baby shoes, and after measuring the salesperson went to the storeroom for two different types and came back to say they were sold out. No mention of when they would be back in stock or having an order shipped to my home. I don't think the employees receive any training. This is the 3rd time Update: 7th grandchild to buy first waking shoes here, received great service today… and a balloon!”
