“Walk in yesterday with my wife was treated like a king awesome place and the gentleman that help us was amazing thank you keep up the excellent customer service you guys rock.”
“Great experience overall. Ordered a Stihl trimmer online and the staff was friendly, helpful, and took the time to fuel it up and demonstrate everything before pickup. There was some confusion regarding the online-only pricing promotion, but the team followed up afterward, explained how the Stihl rebate process works, and were professional throughout. Appreciate them taking the time to clarify everything and help make sure I understood the process.”
“We recently remodeled both our bathrooms, the first one in December 2025 and the 2nd remodel in April 2026. We purchased both the vanities & toilets from Hamburg Plumbing Supply Co. Inc. We also purchased a cabinet & and many other items to complete our remodel. We worked with Kristine, She was very helpful to us in making selections for our bathrooms. We are very happy with the products and love the way everything looks. The entire staff there is very professional and welcoming. We highly recommend Hamburg Plumbing Supply Co.”
“Wonderful equipment rental store. Their rental equipment is usually newer, while maintained and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for your next project when you need to rent equipment. And they’re located very conveniently of Route 94 in Warwick, NY.”
“Excellent customer service. Meets my company’s high demand of argon. Delivery within a day. Many consumables to choose from and readily available. I find the pricing very fair compared with other welding supply outfits. They are my company’s go to in all welding supplies and gases.”
“I frequent Wadesons often for all my needs and sometimes just when I’m bored :) all the staff is helpful and experts in almost everything! No matter what project I’m working on their advice and suggestions always get the job done right and I’m thankful for the close proximity and wide variety of stock!”
“Great to have an "on the hook" business in town that's there when you need it. Prices a little higher than the big box stores, but that's to be expected in a privately owned establishment. Money that would otherwise be spent on gas.Workers are very helpful and attentive. Just a caution to you non-smokers with sensitive nostrils. Sometimes the place feels like a big ashtray with tools. And masks don't help. That said, in a pinch, they are an invaluable commodity in the town.”
“Chelsea has worked with me on two big home renovations and I could not have done them without her. Her design talent, patience and guidance allowed me to feel at ease with big decisions. Would give more stars if I could!”
