“So I recently started going to this Krauszer in Highland Park for breakfast. I have to say the food has been excellent and reasonably priced. They make it while you wait so it’s very fresh. I usually buy two egg sandwiches.Their coffee is very good. They fresh ground beans for every pot. The W.B Law medium roast is smooth and robust✅. The staff at the Krausser is diligent about cleaning the pot and taking care of the Coffey equipment so it’s always excellent.The place doesn’t look like much from the outside or the inside, but it’s clean. The kitchen area, which is in full view is spotless. The restroom is clean, too, which you have to go to via back storage room, I always ask first.They do have a few tables in the shop, but I generally get the food to go to bring to my client in Highland Park. Most of the businesses to go. Huge coffee business. My only knock on the store that cashier sometimes gets wound up dealing with customers and their lottery machine but it’s not a big deal.”
