164 Bay Ave, HighlandsTook our little one yesterday for her cut and style with Carolyn. Over the 10 years of having her groomed it always took about 2 hours for the full service. I was surprised that after 45 minutes Carolyn called to say she was done. My husband went in to pick her up. The cost is $72.00 and we always tip $10. We get home and put her on the ground and immediately saw large areas of hair patches shorter then other area (pictures attached). The top of her head is all chopped uneven and her ears are uneven. It looks like someone got clippers and just ran it through her. What a sloppy job. Im totally disgusted with the service and the amount of money we paid. This was our 3 visit but this time was the worst. Don't recommend.

279 Bay Ave, HighlandsWe ate at Franny’s yesterday after attending a scouting merit badge class nearby. Everything was amazing. We communicated ahead of time to ensure they could accommodate our party of 16 and were able to place our order ahead of time too. Everything was seamless as we walked in with a table ready and the pizza immediately arrived fresh from the oven. The pizza was a perfect crispy thin crust and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. The staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant.

1 Willow St, HighlandsQuiet night after the summer others have left. Service was great though the restaurant was rather empty. The bar was full with people eating at the bar. The food was excellent and very enjoyable. It was wine night so bottles were half price.

Place is super cool and very clean. serving staff warm and professional started with a bottle of the oyster Bay Savignon Blanc had the steamers which are my favorite share the royal seafood, fisherman's platter and a pound and a quarter lobster everything was outstanding one of the best seafood meals ever.
