“As a veterinarian, I know that PCR tests only take about 3 to 4 hours to run. I realize in the beginning of the pandemic, labs were backed up as there were not enough doing the tests. Both my son and I have been tested at this lab in recent weeks. My turnaround time was less than 5 hours, my son's about 12 hours. They are quick, efficient, and very friendly. They also came out to my car to get the sample, making it a much safer experience for them and for me as I am showing upper respiratory signs. Thankfully the PCR was negative!”
“Very nice staff and clean environment make this Quest Diagnostics as my favorite one from now on. You need to make an appointment online and then check in on kiosk. No front desk services are available.”
“I had questions about the report, Emily was awesome. She called me back and explained things to me. I had three different tests done in the past year all analyzed by mycometrics. I feel confident in saying their test are accurate and the integrity of this company is great. Thank you mycometrics”
“Quest Diagnostics located in Plainsboro, NJ is an efficiently run lab. The experienced staff has this lab running on time with minimal wait times.
The techs are experienced making giving blood less stressful.”
“Without an appointment, I was admitted in under 13 minutes, despite about 10 people in the waiting room. The staff was polite and efficient, and the facility was well-maintained.”
“Go with an appointment and you will be seen without delay. The nurse who drew blood (I wish I could have gotten her name) was quick and efficient. I went twice and had good experience.”
“Excellent service. They are amazing.
Literally waited 5 min from check in to getting my bloodwork done. At least 5 people in front of me, yet they process you at a rapid speed. Definitely my lab from now on”
“I've had multiple surgeries on my leg and was on Cumidin for months and needed blood work for months. Alan was the greatest, quick, efficient..highly recommend.”
“I like going there, all the staff is very friendly and sweet, The lab techs are always friendly., they are a great team, they helped me a lot with my appointment, I really appreciate it.”
“We had a fantastic experience at this Quest this morning with our 1 year old! Zero wait time. Mahogany, the phlebotomist was incredible and made it such a smooth and painless experience, my daughter did not shed a single tear! It was very clear that she was prepared to handle a baby and experienced in this. We have had less than ideal experiences at other labs with my older son in the past, so we will definitely be coming back here in the future for any pediatric lab draws. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!”
“LabCorp on Prospect Plains Rd in Monroe Township- 5 STARS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Appointment sign up - easy. Appointments- available! Check-in by text - ONE text only. Let's hear it for a great office!!?????”
“After having read all the reviews I was a bit nervous coming in, but our experience was not bad. Yes, the receptionist is pretty loud, and not too friendly, but not entirely unprofessional either. The tech on the other hand was nice and quick. We were in and out in 10 minutes.”
“Excellent experience! Customer service was excellent- it was easy to call in and pay my bill which was detailed out and easy to understand in terms of break down of costs and services etc.I tend to believe, that on average when people leave negative reviews it is often not the full and accurate portrayal of things- such as the negative review I read where the woman complained she provided "the wrong credit card" to billing and then went on to rant about how terrible and incompetent THEY were. As someone who runs a business with my husband- perhaps the general public doesn't understand with their me centered attitude that if they make a mistake or misunderstand something it's not really appropriate or fair to then blame the company providing a product or service. Yet I see this countless times in countless reviews- where people are simply venting and refuse to acknowledge their own mistakes or misconceptions- it seems to be a common theme- lack of individual accountability- instead they jump online, leave a nasty or negative review- hiding behind their keyboard spewing negativity- I find this cowardly and a sad commentary in general on the nature of human beings.”
“Very friendly staff upon check-in. I have been seen on time every visit. NP Kim Shapiro can not be any more friendly and upbeat. She is a wonderful medical professional that I would highly recommend.”
