“I can't say enough about this practice! I see Dr. Ali as my primary care doctor and Dr. Najaf Asrar as my weight loss specialist. Dr. Ali is very knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. She is a very niceperson and truly listens! With Dr. Asrar's guidance, care, prescribing, and encouragement I have lost a total of 28lbs!!! I now exercise several times a week and I feel and look great! He is an awesome doctor who really knows what his stuff. He is very professional and a true gentleman. The office staff is very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Grace is the best! Like I said, I can't say enough. I am very happy with the care I receive here. I feel well taken care of. “As a veterinarian, I know that PCR tests only take about 3 to 4 hours to run. I realize in the beginning of the pandemic, labs were backed up as there were not enough doing the tests. Both my son and I have been tested at this lab in recent weeks. My turnaround time was less than 5 hours, my son's about 12 hours. They are quick, efficient, and very friendly. They also came out to my car to get the sample, making it a much safer experience for them and for me as I am showing upper respiratory signs. Thankfully the PCR was negative!”

“The facility is clean, bright, and nicely decorated. The staff are warm, kind, and caring. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment but they still took me immediately and got me out as quickly and efficiently as possible. My phlebotomist was very concerned for my comfort and even apologized when it took longer than she expected to do what she needed to do on the computer. Booking an appointment on their website is also quick and easy. I highly recommend this facility.”

“Been coming here for years no issues. Yes there will be a wait time of 30-40 min maybe even an hour if you DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. Some people think the staff is being rude my prioritizing appointments, but as a patient if I booked an appointment a whole week ahead of time, then I expect to be seen at that time. I had an appointment today at 11am, checked in and left by 11:17am people were mad they were waiting in line because they walked in over 39 minutes ahead of me, with no appointment. But that’s how appointments work in my opinion, if you want to be seen quicker book an appointment online it’s not that hard; the website walks you through it.Also I see people saying the staff is rude? The staff has never been rude to me, they just speak very direct as they should because sometimes people want to act entitled to certain things and that’s not how that works.”

“Not really sure why this place has low ratings comparatively. This has become my routine bloodwork place since 2020 and never had a long wait time. Nicest thing about this location is they’re open on Saturdays and with an appointment of 7:00am morning, I always walk out of the lab by 7:10am. Better than fasting and waiting at doctors office until 9 or 10am. Just make sure you schedule your appointment much in advance to secure a spot.”

“Excellent experience! Customer service was excellent- it was easy to call in and pay my bill which was detailed out and easy to understand in terms of break down of costs and services etc.I tend to believe, that on average when people leave negative reviews it is often not the full and accurate portrayal of things- such as the negative review I read where the woman complained she provided "the wrong credit card" to billing and then went on to rant about how terrible and incompetent THEY were. As someone who runs a business with my husband- perhaps the general public doesn't understand with their me centered attitude that if they make a mistake or misunderstand something it's not really appropriate or fair to then blame the company providing a product or service. Yet I see this countless times in countless reviews- where people are simply venting and refuse to acknowledge their own mistakes or misconceptions- it seems to be a common theme- lack of individual accountability- instead they jump online, leave a nasty or negative review- hiding behind their keyboard spewing negativity- I find this cowardly and a sad commentary in general on the nature of human beings.”
“For starters, I wouldn't write this review if the phlebotomist weren't so professional. She did a great job, quick and easy, she definitely knew what she was doing. I thought I scheduled an appointment for 7:40AM. Unfortunately when I tried to checkin they couldn't find my appointment. Maybe I didn't fill it out correctly. Anyway, I waited an additional 40min to get my blood drawn, but once I got in there it was a breeze!”
