“I went to this metro store because I needed 2 new phones I called head ahead of time to check if they had it in stock at first I was confused because the guy was super friendly I just wasn't ready for that because of previous experience from other stores.
When I went to the the store the guy took the time to listen to my questions and used the questions I was asking and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and I did.
It's rare to find customer service that take the time to listen to what the customer wants.”

She took the time to explain a promotion, helped him purchase an iPhone and AirPods at an amazing price, and patiently showed him how to use everything. She even helped him create his iCloud, which made the whole process so easy and stress-free. It was truly a great experience. Her customer service was excellent, and I will definitely be going back to her again for both myself and my brother. Highly recommend!”

“Went in to get a replacement phone and the sales representative AJ informed us that we were eligible for 2 upgraded phones. We were leary but he explained everything in detail and we decided to go with the new package. Received the phones in the mail and went back to AJ to set them up for us.
