“I found this location a couple weeks back when I had to pay my Verizon home internet/ cable bill and googled the nearest location. During my visit Rasheed asked me what service I had because I was contemplating whether or not to make the switch from T-Mobile. He was very polite and informative, he left me with his business card that gave me a breakdown on what to expect if I did decide to switch. Ultimately I made up my mind because I liked his customer service and his attitude. Now I know (from experience) dealing with phone/utility company’s can be very hectic however, my experience at this Verizon location was exceptional. Rasheed made mine and my wife’s switch from T-Mobile Seamless. He was patient, and I can’t thank him enough for setting us up with our new iPhones while my 1year old ran around the store shouting with excitement trying to take his first steps. Lol Nonetheless, I highly recommend Rasheed and this location if you’re looking to get a new phone or even just to pay a bill.”

“MJ went above and beyond any expectations of service. The shop closed at 5 on a Sunday and he was still helping me with the data transfer from my phone and pairing a new Apple Watch at 6:50pm. Didn’t just sell but was as tech savvy as Apple Genius Bar and reviewed all my Verizon plans to be sure I was in the best one financially and meeting my needs. If I could give 7 stars I would. I also noticed Roger another rep give excellent service to a couple that came in at 5 when the store was closing and remained with them till 6! And Roger Was Great Aswell”

“The best place to buy appliances for your home.Today I needed to buy a full suite of appliances. Refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave.My regular sales person Cliff helped me.Not the usual sales person, he is kind, gentle and really worked hard to find me the best deal possible. Then there was Andrew, the General Manager. It had been about 6 months since I had been in to P.C Richards. He immediately recognized me, gave me a warm hello and shook my hand. After Cliff totaled the sale, Andrew came over to approve the sale and give me a few more discounts. He again shook my hand and thanked me for choosing P.C.
