The store Manager, Gage Roman and the ENTIRE staff actually assisted us with thwarting a sophisticated criminal enterprise that nearly left my 81 year old father scammed and swindled out of $20,000 dollars!!!
Gage Roman was the epitome of courteous, caring, thoughtful, patient, and professional assistance every step of the way in this process!!! If he can provide this level of service and assistance and compassion with customers in Colorado that he has never met in person then just imagine how much more so that Gage Roman and his ENTIRE staff will take care of your business needs in the greater Clifton New Jersey area!!!

“I had such an amazing experience at Staples, especially with Everson, Richard, and Wade at the Printing Center! I came in needing a last-minute seating chart for my wedding, printed on individual cards, and despite some issues with the printer, they worked together so patiently and professionally to make my vision come true.
They were incredibly kind, accommodating, and willing to make every change I needed until I was completely satisfied with the final product. They never made me feel rushed or like I was being a bother, even though I know last-minute wedding projects can be stressful!

So, when the time came, iPostal in Seattle ignored my request to discard my mail and left it in my box for weeks when it normally takes a few days at the most. “Our experience in this store has always been positive; perhaps some of the bad reviews may be from customers who happen to be here at the same time with a lot of other customers resulting in longer lines / wait times. We needed to ship a large box to Canada. We were the only customers when we first walked in about 2 days ago and the staff member who assisted us was very helpful in itemizing the contents of the box for Customs Declaration (Government requirement, so unless you want your box opened / inspected by Customs, the contents of the box has to be accurately itemized). Shortly thereafter, about 10 more customers arrived within minutes of each other resulting in a seemingly long queue even with 2 other staff members serving other customers; 1 woman in line seemed to be in a hurry, and I get it that we all prefer not to wait, but sometimes it’s unavoidable.”

“I had a great experience at the Staples in Paramus, specifically for my TSA PreCheck enrollment. The entire process was incredibly smooth, and I was in and out in less than five minutes. The employee assisting me was both highly knowledgeable and personable, making what could have been a tedious chore an absolute breeze.
The staff overall is kind and helpful, which makes for a welcoming store environment. The only drawback is that the inventory feels a bit shallow in certain areas; the store seems heavy on items like computer printers and paper shredders but is light on other categories. Still, for the excellent service and efficient TSA setup, it is a very good store.”
