Today I had to have something fixed on my account and Ryan took care of me. He was so nice and accommodating he made me feel like I was a friend not just a customer! “i just cant believe that banking can be so ez. First of all, you walk in, no appointments required. one is able to do pretty much all banking stuff, i didnt have any problems with cash withdrawals, needed over $7k in hundreds and fifties, no problem, other banks: aaahh did u call earlier? At psfcu in Union, no problem. Needed vehicle loan, no problem, just asked for it. No need to wait for loan officer. All employes knew everything about loans. My wife needed IRA, no problem, all employees knew what she was talking about. Will i stay with them??? Hell yeah.”
