“This place looks a little run down on the outside but don't let that fool you. Dependable auto rental really lives up to its name. The guy there was very nice which is something you don't see much of in New Jersey. He told us that it would take two minutes and it took like 30 seconds. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for fast, friendly, and efficient service.”

“Great service, the van was there to pick us up within minutes on both leaving to the airport and incoming. Customer service was spot on, had an issue with reservation and credit card charge and they resolved it with an email within an hour, in the middle of the night. Only down side is the parking spaces are a bit small.”

Becky even gave us a lift back to the train station, which we really appreciated. The office closes at 5, but you can do an after-hours drop-off if you need it. “This is a review of the new National car rental facility at the Newark airport, which opened sometime early December 2023. The lot is much bigger than the old lot, so there are a lot more car options in the Emerald Aisle and Executive Aisle than in the old facility. Returning cars seems like a much more efficient process, and the staff seemed to genuinely care about our rental experience when returning the car. I’ll be renting from National a lot more often now since this new facility makes the whole process a lot more simple and easy.”

“I’ve rented from this location 3 separate times. Brad helped me with this most recent rental and was excellent. Everything was clearly explained and outlined. I dread the long process usually associated with renting though this time I was in my vehicle in less than 15 minutes. I’ve witnessed customers having difficulty at this location in the past and really have to say it seemed to be due to a horrible attitude by the customer and never the agents. It may be a little more expensive but I never get jerked around as common at many rental agencies. Great job guys ?”
