“I want to take a moment to recognize my neighborhood Walgreens. This is truly my go-to store. I shop here almost daily and do a lot of couponing, so I have plenty of experience with this location, and it consistently exceeds expectations.
The store is always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked. The aisles are neat and easy to shop, and you can tell the team takes pride in maintaining the space. Even the bathrooms are kept clean, which says a lot about the overall standard of the store.
What really stands out is the staff. Every time I walk in, I am greeted with a smile, whether it is a “good morning” or a simple “how are you.” That kind of consistent, genuine friendliness makes a difference.
As a couponer, I am constantly asking for price checks, scanning items, and looking for deals. Sometimes I even have to put things back if the price is not where I need it to be. Through all of that, the staff is always patient, helpful, and accommodating. I have never once been made to feel like a bother.
Even at the pharmacy, the experience is the same. Friendly, respectful, and helpful service every time.
Because of all this, this Walgreens has become my favorite place to shop. As a new resident to Hillside and to New Jersey overall, the team here has made me feel genuinely welcomed, and that means a lot.
I will absolutely be recommending this location to friends and family, and I truly hope the staff gets the recognition they deserve. Thank you to everyone there for consistently going above and beyond. You are truly appreciated.”

I really wanted to send a feedback review through the receipt (but i threw it out ) specifically for Emmanuel, for such a cheerful and over the top customer service, which isnt very common nowadays. You can tell he is very good at his job and handles everything with a positive attitude. Give the man a raise! He was so patient handling my refund. :)”
