“I love coming to this store. The staff is very friendly. The store manager Lateefah greatly assisted me with locating my scrub that was delayed. She is one of the best manager that I have ever met. I highly recommend this location to anyone.”
“Equipment worked great. Only issue was during pickup. Acted like they had no idea what time they were supposed to pick the scooter up. We are required to schedule a time , but acted like they had no idea they were supposed to get it at that time. I had to call to ask why they failed to show up. If our return flight had been earlier, this would’ve been a much bigger issue.”

“I wasn't able to get my prescription filled at another pharmacy close to my home so I called Better Life, the young lady I spoke to was so kind and cheerful. It was such a pleasure talking to her and she was extremely helpful in making sure my medication would be there after I had my physician transfer the prescription. “Best pharmacy out there!!! Life saver!!! Owner Larisa is very knowledgeable and very accommodating. I called the pharmacy to schedule my prescription pick up but told the owner I was too sick and couldn't make it in person. My coughing spells drove me nuts and previous prescription I had from my doctor was not working. I had symptoms for almost a week and because of the coughing I was super weak and had nonstop headaches. She immediately arranged delivery and recommended me some homeopathic meds for coughing that at the end helped me much more than my Benzonatate prescription I had. As soon as I took one of these homeopathic pills, I hadn't had a cough spell for at least 5hrs. after. Personal care in this pharmacy absolutely surpasses the chain pharmacy services with standard robotic answers. I will definitely recommend this pharmacy to all my family and friends!!!”

The orthopedic shoes are out of this world. They have commodes, bath chair, walkers, rollators, wheelchairs, back braces, wrist splits, knee support, knee braces, cam boot/walker, compression stockings, canes, blood pressure, hernia support, bath step, neck support, bath bench, diapers, pull-ups, underpass and MORE. The manager Blanca is always super helpful and sweet. She will never ever try to rip you off. She always suggests the best stuff and helps out with any advice on any medical condition. Paola is also the sweetest souls you could ever meet. The owner is a wonderful person. There whole team is honestly a gift sent from God. “What a wonderful place. While I was waiting on my prescription, a lady came in with complaints of pain in her knee. She had just had surgery. She asked the pharmacist where she could purchase an ice pack, and the pharmacist prepped and gave her one for free!! Kindness and compassion. You don’t get that at CVS or Walgreens.”
“This place is a gem. They are one of the few compounding pharmacies around here and the customer service is exactly why I use independent pharmacies instead of the chains. I really hope they stick around because places like this provide humanity in a sea of anonymous mega corps.”
“A rare gem to find a owner ran pharmacy. Of course they CAN’T be compared to the big pharmacy stores. You might wait a few minutes on the phone, they might not have less popular medicines in stock but can get the next morning, they aren’t open 24 hours, they don’t open until 10:00 and aren’t open on Sundays, BUT they will know who you are by name, offer delivery and provide personable service and work tirelessly to solve issues with doctors and insurances. That alone cannot be compared to the big boys. At the end of the day I would not want my parents anywhere else and take comfort in the fact that if I’m not available, my parents are in great hands with them and I know who is coming to their door to deliver.
