“i don't know why the rating is such low. in fact this is a good branch. the most surprised guy is Raymond. I previously used a Chase account, and it took the staff at that time at least an hour to open an account for me. Raymond only took ten minutes, which was amazing. I even paid for an hour of parking for this purpose?.
He can also read some Chinese and speak Spanish. He's a real genius.The service was very quick and smiling throughout, which was really amazing!”
“Haven Savings Bank is the best banking experience. We had our mortgage with them and when we wanted to refinance they made it so easy without all the extra charges etc that other banks apply. Customer service is excellent, they are responsive, solution oriented and treat you like a neighbor not a number. I am so happy that they now have zelle as I was able to get rid of my Big Commercial Bank account that paid zero interest and was always such a hassle.”
