“I've been banking at Provident for over 20 years. Not the drive thru but the regular branches....I've had the opportunity to open up an account at other Banks, but the personal service that I get from this bank is above anything else. It's a people bank and that's what's important 4 stars...why not 5.... They need to get more current with ATM use and online services but otherwise love this Bank.”

“Nine times out of ten, I use the ATMs. Once in a great long while, I need to go inside and meet with a teller to process my transaction. The lobby is always clean, and the garbage container is tall and conveniently located next to the recycling container. All the staff members with whom I have interacted are professional, helpful and friendly. I enjoy having options being a Chase Bank customer.”
