“Usually hesitant to do in person service cause it’s a hit or a mess, but wow the female associate was so prompt + knowledgeable. The left side of phone screen was unsalvageable + she promplty walked me through the options, promotions, and patiently prepped a new phone replacement in like less than 30 minutes. Also synced iCloud backup so it could be a quick transfer to a new phone. Store is clean, quiet and quaint. Pleasantly surprised by this location!”

“I purchased a pre-owned iPhone 14 Plus to upgrade my mother's old iPhone 8 Plus. I transferred everything myself, but activation/transferring her active line to the 14 Plus was still required. Since newer models are eSIM-only, I knew it wouldn’t be straightforward. I could have handled it on My Verizon online, but that likely would’ve meant dealing with customer service via phone and wasting time.
This shop is only a block from my place, so on the way to dinner with my mom we stopped in. Patrick and Kyu activated the device quickly and without any issues. Supporting a local business is an easy choice when the service is efficient and reliable—highly recommended.”

“John Cruz helped me with my new phone. I was at cvs & i thought i just clicked on one icon to answer pharmacy ?..but spam everywhere & latout on phone changed..i spent an hour to try to get things back to normal but i wasnt able to. I handed my phone to John, he somehow saw virus i clicked on , deleted it and in 2 mins was able to get layout i had back on phone. He did a great job & really fast”
