“I have been going to Project Sculpt for almost a year now. Since I have joined I've lost around 20 lbs. I took a hiatus from fitness during Covid and my strength and mental health declined because of it. Ever since I joined Project sculpt, the Owner, Chris and his team Daryl, Dave, Angela, and many others have put me back on track. They make each class fun, energetic, and challenging. Project Sculpt is now another small community that I am a part of in JC/Hoboken. I would highly recommend giving it a try! You won't regret it!”

“Pretty good workout class if you want a challenging HIIT workout, I came from Orange Theory where running and rowing used to be components of my workouts but F45 is strenght/carido minus running. They do have a rowing machine that they throw in here and there. Otherwise, the hybrid classes where both strengh + cardio are mixed in are super fun and go by quickly. Coach Evan has been super helpful in fixing my form and pushing me past my comfort zone.My only feedback is that I wish F45 did not participate in politics on their social media.”

“I was bit intimated to come add l've never done CrossFit but read many people come who ve never done it so gave me the confidence to try it out and was happy I did! I was actually going to do a kettle bell class in the am but sure happy I didn't. The format was centered around that and was very happy I was able to do that with a combination with the rower. It was a great workout and she made adjustments menus for me for being my first time. Great midday workout and I would definitely recommend and come back!”

“I am so glad I found one of the only rowing studios in Hoboken. Rowing in itself works 85% of your muscles so it is no doubt an excellent workout, especially for someone dealing with knee or other injuries (no jumping about lol). The workouts are interspersed with compound exercises and stretching so you don’t get tired or bored easily. Garrett is an excellent coach and even though I’ve been going here a month only, I am absolutely seeing a difference.”

“Went weekly for two years minus some time off after giving birth. While it’s technically group fitness you hardly notice anyone else, the workout is so intense and 50 minutes flies! Super efficient, I loved being able to get there two minutes before class started and not miss a thing. Once a week was enough to get in good shape and help make for a quick and easy birth!I stopped going for now because I need classes with childcare but once I’m able to again I’ll be back! Great workout, instructors, and studio.”

“Amazing Gym. I've been working out here for the last 3 years. Equipments are always in good shape. Although still getting use to the new layout of the gym but i'm sure it'll grow on me soon. Just one suggestion maybe, some of the showers have great water pressure but some are really poor. I hate when i have to use one of those. but overall good experience.”

“Sky club fitness is a hidden jewel in Hoboken. A spacious, clean gym with all covid protocols in place. Staff is very friendly. The most amazing thing is that they have an Olympic sized INDOOR swimming pool. Generally not crowded and the perfect way to exercise safely. If you have never been to this gym you should try it”

“Attentive, motivating, adaptive, personable and passionate are just few words I'd use to describe Chase Cruz -- personal trainer at NYSC Hoboken. I started working with Chase 1:1 when I moved to the area and what seemed like an intimidating gym experience at first, quickly became the highlight of my day thanks to Chase and his knowledge and passion for not only fitness, but for his clients and their goals. Chase created consistent work out plans based on my needs and schedule (even if that meant a 6 am wake up call), and always encouraged me to push myself to work harder and go beyond the "I can't do it" mentality. Thanks to his "ready to crush it" approach, I feel healthier and stronger than ever before. 10/10 recommend and look forward to working with him again in the future.”
