I don't live in New York City, I'm in visiting and needed to receive a one-off package here. I told them it was important and urgent and they went above and beyond to make sure I know that I received it. “I received a very friendly and helpful customer service at the store. Great service at the store!
My only regret is that FedEx has scheduled to deliver my package later than I expected. That would make my whole purpose for paying over $200 to ship my very time sensitive package all worthless. I pray that the delivery date changes to at least 2 days earlier. That would mean the world to me.
I have returned to give FedEx a thumbs up ? for an excellent delivery service. Since my last post, FedEx delivered my very time sensitive package two days earlier than previously scheduled. That made all the difference for me.
