Please note that you must call the store in advance for them to hold a package for you if you are from out of state as policies vary with UPS Store locations. Despite a slight initial misunderstanding; John personally took the initiative in locating my packages before UFC 328. We communicated via text and he was able to diligently locate both of their whereabouts/ flagged them to ensure it didn't get returned to sender.
