“The workers were super helpful and patient with me. I like that there is a parking lot and shopping carts (for the Acme). I used their scale to check the weight of my package and also needed a little extra time to pack up (tape, attach label, etc). I was with my two kids and the patrons were all nice and extra considerate to me. I will come back here in the future.”
“I've purchased medicines here and have came here to drop off my shipment. These people are friendly and great! Only issue that I have though, is that they charge $2 every time you use computer even it's for printing a single piece of paper which is not fair.”

“never had any issues going here with amazon returns, staff is friendly and pleasant, and they do the job quickly. my only complaint (isn't even really a complaint) is how far they are from my house. It's just a bit of a hike getting there and back for me.”

“I ordered a package from UFC Store to arrive to this location in Jersey City. Please note that you must call the store in advance for them to hold a package for you if you are from out of state as policies vary with UPS Store locations. Despite a slight initial misunderstanding; John personally took the initiative in locating my packages before UFC 328. We communicated via text and he was able to diligently locate both of their whereabouts/ flagged them to ensure it didn't get returned to sender. Thank you so much for making my experience that much better in Newark!”
