“I received a very friendly and helpful customer service at the store. Great service at the store!
My only regret is that FedEx has scheduled to deliver my package later than I expected. That would make my whole purpose for paying over $200 to ship my very time sensitive package all worthless. I pray that the delivery date changes to at least 2 days earlier. That would mean the world to me.
I have returned to give FedEx a thumbs up ? for an excellent delivery service. Since my last post, FedEx delivered my very time sensitive package two days earlier than previously scheduled. That made all the difference for me.

“I would just like to share that I am currently in UPS store 5865. Diane is the UPS agent on the register. Diane is behaving in a very professional matter despite the fact the an overly entitled customer entered the store and was shockingly rude. Diane explained clearly to the customer who then accused Diane of gaslighting her and behaving in a rude manner. I am amazed that Diane remained so calm and professional in dealing with this very inappropriate person.”

“When someone goes above and beyond I’m forced to leave a review. I was in a hurry to get to an appointment and I had to have a label printed. I emailed it five minutes before so it would possibly be quicker when I arrived. When I got to the door a gentleman by the name of Abiel opened the door and had my labels already in hand. We live in New York and sometimes (all the time) we’re in a hurry and for this guy to go ahead and do that, I thought it was incredible. Give him a raise and cudos to whoever trained him…Happy Customer!”

“We are so lucky that we have the UPS store that continues to have a notary, he’s a great guy and we’re very grateful for him. Otherwise, we’d have to go either to a very expensive notary who charges ridiculous fees or way out of our neighborhood. We all support our notary at My store at 511 Avenue of America New York City and please do everything you can to keep them there.”

I was relieved when they moved from the smaller location across the street to where they are now, much more space for both patrons and associates. “I needed a safe place to send my mail and packages. Even in a doorman building the packages got delivered to the wrong building or got taken. When I told my coworker about what happened to my packages, she told me her and her friends had been using Citi-Mail for years due to the same situation. It’s been the best decision I’ve made. It’s easy to get to. I get my mail on the way home after taking either the subway or bus home from work. The price is also amazing compared to UPS, USPS, and other mail places.”

“Daniel at your Inwood location has done passport pics for both me and 9 month old and did an incredible job. Taking a passport pic of a baby is no small thing, and Daniel had us out of there in 10 mins and under. The result is that my 9 month old now has the best passport picture I’ve ever seen ?”
