“Googled to check opening hours and was so surprised to see some bad reviews. I suppose it’s not really the norm to rave about positive pharmacy experiences so a few bad comments can seem louder. I’ve lived in 9 counties and have never met friendlier or more helpful pharmacy staff than at Healthfair. The store has a real ‘mom and pop’ feel to it and the staff always look you in the eye and make you feel cared for. It’s such a contrast from the soulless big brand drug stores. I go out of my way to come here because it’s such a refreshingly sweet experience. The only down side is that they aren’t open on Saturday ?”

“Went here for COVID + Flu vaccine. The entire process was incredibly convenient, quick, and painless. There were lots of available appointments, and when I had a same-day conflict I was able to reschedule for later that day. When I arrived, I waited less than 5 minutes, and the person giving the shots was an expert. She was quick and I didn't even feel the needles. All in all, it was probably the best vaccine experience I've had in terms of time and convenience.”

“The service at the pharmacy is superb and deserves five stars. When a medicine needs to be refilled, the pharmacy automatically sends a message to the doctor. Prescriptions are filled as they arrive.The problem is that there a few people on the floor. The one, perhaps two people, in the whole in the store are (excluding the pharmacy) are always courteous and helpful.”

“I hate reviews because usually people only go on to blast someone after a bad experience . But I am more than extremely happy to leave a glowing review for Heather at this location. I am not sure of her exact title, but I had a terrible experience at another cvs and then transferred to this location and unfortunately they weren’t able to complete my order as well. Heather then offered to go out of her way and not only figure out a way for my order to be fulfilled but went beyond that and helped in other ways to rectify the bad experience I had at another location. The way she handled this situation needs to be recognized. she showed amazing customer service skills and management level problem solving . Thank you very much Heather for the kindness and professionalism you showed me .”
