“Royal Family Shoes is mamash the palace for little feet 👑👞
Every Elul, every Bein Hazmanim, every random Sunday when another kid’s shoe mysteriously “shrunk” overnight, this is where we end up. The store is neat, well organized, and stocked with every type of kids’ shoe a Yiddishe mamma could dream of – Shabbos shoes, weekday beaters, camp sneakers, tzitzis-tolerant sandals, you name it.
The staff here are real Heimishe Yidden, not stam salespeople. They actually care that the shoes fit properly – they’ll measure, re-measure, check the width, and make sure your yingel can run down the aisle without tripping every two steps. No pressure, no attitude, just normal, patient service even when you come in with a whole minyan of kids, each with their own opinion.
Prices are fair for the quality, and they carry solid brands that hold up to yeshiva recess, rainy-day puddles, and “I forgot to change out of my Shabbos shoes” situations. They also know the style in the olam – they’ll tell you straight what’s in, what’s out, and what every cheder is wearing this year.
Bottom line: if you want your kids walking into school and shul looking like bnei melachim, with shoes that are both shtotty and comfortable, Royal Family Shoes is the place. A real malchus’dige experience for little feet!”

“no reason for any less than 5 stars- wish i could give more to the poor worker who was having a really bad day- as most in retail do with an hour til closing… she was soooo helpful- had a laugh & then she placed my order (size n/a in store)- wished her luck in her last hour or so & left store…”
“I wear a size 12 4E sneaker or shoe. I've I've tried New balance. Nike saucony and a few other name brands and none of them come close to fitting both. Can I explain why I walked in the Skechers? I picked up two styles and both fit and left happily but confused because of what I went through before I walked into Skechers. Can't figure it out. I'd like to wear other brands but it seems impossible”
