“My son and I had a wonderful experience at the L.L.Bean at the Freehold Mall thanks to Chris. He was incredibly informative, patient, and helpful while assisting us in choosing the right hiking shoes and waterproof jackets for my son’s upcoming trip to Scotland.
Chris really took the time to explain the different options and made sure we found items that were both practical and comfortable for the weather and hiking conditions. His knowledge and excellent customer service made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable.

“I came into store without an appointment to try on & possibly purchase a gown for my son’s wedding in October. I was traveling to NY from Delaware, and decided to see if they could help me.
Well the staff were so nice and so helpful, I felt very comfortable. I was able to try on a gown I had been eyeing and they had it in my size. I was also able to work with the alterations department and Julia was so professional and knowledgeable. I was very happy that everything worked out perfect.
Thank you to all that helped me today, you were the best staff.

I picked up my dress from alterations on 8/20 and was really happy with all the work they did. Will definitely come back for future events”
