The staff member in the branch r always nice and professional.They take time to answer questions by making bank easy and stress free. The branch is always clean and well organized.The bank has excellent costumer services.i appreciate all the help they have given me and I would highly recommend this location to others.i also want to give a special thanks to Eyvette who goes over and beyond her work duties. “I have been with Santander for about three years now and more recently I’ve been using them quite often. I went in to open an account by them. I don’t remember the name of the banker who I met with but she was so kind and clear on everything that I needed to know. She answered every question with complete honesty. Every time I walk in there it takes no longer then 5 minutes till my turn and once you get to the teller it’s a completely smooth process. They are quick and to the point. The new manager, is so welcoming and makes the experience so enjoyable. I really recommend using Santander as they are a pleasure to deal with. You’ll get the best rates on opening any account as well as an amazing amount of cash back on your first year of having a credit card there and of course their customer service is 100 percent amazing!”

“I know banks don’t usually get people excited, but credit where credit is due — this TD Bank branch really comes through.
The staff is friendly, patient, and respectful, even when the place is busy. You walk in and you’re treated like a human being, not like “ticket number 47.” The tellers are knowledgeable, calm, and take the time to make sure things are done right — no rushing you out the door and no attitude. That alone already puts them ahead of the curve.
The branch itself is clean, organized, and well-run, and the hours are very convenient.
