“I came to La-Z-Boy because I have a recliner that my late wife bought me for my birthday about 8 years ago and I love it!
I was looking to try to buy another recliner to match the one my wife bought for me. Cynthia helped me find the right colored fabric and chair model, I asked her about a loveseat and she helped me choose one that would best fit in my living room.
Cynthia was patient, helpful, was really eager to help me. When I return to get a couch I will look for her for guidance.”

“Better experience than a competitor mattress company. They provide a lay cloth! They had a bed match system that provides a list of about 5-6 ranges of brands that would help with your sleeping position. Linda was very helpful and when I told her my price point she didn't try to push me over. She gave me about 3 options within the recommended mattresses in my price range. I was very satisfied with the service and ability to shop at my own pace, I locked in on buying a mattress.”

“Let me start with the fact that I NEVER write reviews and I went out of my way to write this one. I have been to probably 10 different furniture stores this past week and when I tell you to save yourself the headache and come to Michael’s FIRST, I mean it. You will have tons of options and he will keep it 100% real with you. I brought my wife in there and it was the only store that she was happy with the furniture selection and customer service from every employee. My wife explained to him what exact style we were going for and he brought us multiple different catalogues and found us exactly what she was looking for and all for better prices than anywhere else we’ve been shopping. I will be a customer for life and will most definitely make sure that my family and friends don’t make the mistake of going anywhere besides Michael’s. 5 Stars.”

“One thing about Sleep Number is their consistency! It's part of the reason they've been in the business so long.
My visit to the Freehold Raceway Mall's Sleep Number was unplanned. I didn't even know the mall had one until I was in need of a new pillow.
I walked into the store, empty, save the manager. I walked around the store looking at pillows, and not really sure what I was doing. The world of pillows and bedding gets quite complex, afterall. After walking half the store, I stopped on a pillow that I'd like to try.
When I needed help and had questions, the manager was very kind, knowledgeable, and ready to answer all my questions while we conversed. She made my encounter at the store quite peaceful yet eventful. I learned a lot, thanks to her, and got a pillow that, thus far, has been good enough to me.
I've been sleeping on it for a week! (I figured I'd give it a little time before writing a review.) I would not say it's perfect, but it's better than what I was sleeping on before. My jaw doesn't click or lock as often and I don't wake up in too much pain or excessively groggy. My mouth doesn't clench as bad as it used to either. So, I consider that a win!
When I go to look for another pillow--maybe one more aligned with my needs--I'll be sure to stop at Sleep Number and learn some more first!”

“Staff are good people and very talented. Will continue to send business there. They have a lot of great staple items when it comes to well built furniture. I bought this sectional and tables about 7 months ago and love them more each day. My only criticism I have is the fabric I chose for the sofa. If you have pets or a large family, I don’t suggest a light color sofa, it won’t hold up. It’s been difficult to keep clean. I’ve seen this fabric on many different items in several different stores not just at Bassett. I actually bought an office chair with the identical fabric. I guess it’s a huge seller in the furniture industry but just avoid light colors if you don’t want a high maintenance sofa. Love the marble tables (Keswick Coffee table and side tables) and after adding extra clips to the bottom of the sectional to keep it together better, I still love it. (Weldon sectional) The brackets that hold the sofa together slide apart very easily so we purchased a removable clip system to keep it together. Every sectional I’ve had always comes apart so it’s not just this sofa. If you don’t want this issue, just get two sofa’s or a sectional without the extra corner piece.”

“Yesterday at around 1 PM, I picked up my drive up order. It was incredibly busy so I waited for about 4-5 minutes. The girl who brought out my order was extremely professional and very kind. She even offered to bag my 10 items and apologized for how long it took to get to me. Even though I could tell she was stressed, she had a smile on her face. She was wearing a black beanie and black sweatshirt with a red vest. When I asked her name, I believe she said it was Amy. Target! Hire more people like her! Excellent customer service and great people skills.”
“Was highly recommended to furnish my house at this store (a hidden gem) and the selection was outstanding, lotta ready merchandise for things that were needed sooner and some higher end custom pieces that we weren't rushing for which were so beautifully made, I was so happy with the way they came out and the prices were ridiculously cheap, my only complaint is that I am done decorating the house since it was great choosing from so many stunning options and having to decide between them made we want to start over with some more empty rooms......”

“Went to this store for first time and I liked their kitchen items and the sale was good . Conveniently located within Jackson mall. Lots and lots of store inside and very convenient to shop. Lots of parking outside and you can generally get a parking closer to the store .
They had good sale on kitchen items and we got some . Plates were really good for 4$.. got some glass containers for 3$.. was worth it . I didn’t find much of home decors though. Furniture was also available but not that good . Billing was quick and customer arrive was ok . ? we liked it overall. 4 stars . ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️”
