“We had a great experience at Mattress Firm on Hooper Ave in Toms River! Rob and Haley were both incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of our questions and never made us feel rushed or pressured. They made choosing the right mattress so much easier and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our purchase. Highly recommend asking for Rob or Haley if you stop in!”
“Any large purchase is a stressful situation, but from the minute we walked into the store Joe put us at ease. His knowledge of the mattresses and wonderful personality made this purchase a great experience. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.”
“I have to tell you from the moment that I went into that store not only it was the displays and the assortment of various options available the quality was amazing! Panadta and her staff were so helpful!
We looked at other places to find similar type merchandise, but nothing could compare to their assortment and selection and quality. It was a trifecta of excellence thank you you and your staff for helping me make this a beautiful addition to my home.”
“John is amazing!!! I stumbled upon Mattress Master a few years ago and I have been hooked ever since! John has gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I needed a bed last minute for my son and John brought it to me himself! That says a lot about his character and his willingness to please his customers! I am so happy to be a part of the Mattress Master family, I will order all of my beds from here forever! Thank you again!! -CeeCee”
“Best carpet and flooring is the best one stop flooring store in the whole of NJ. The owner Vickey Vaid is amazing with total dedication in helping customers know each product and recommended us the right wooden floor for our house. We did 4 rooms in our house and the whole process from selecting to installing wooden floor went seamlessly and was done in a timely manner! I would highly recommend Best Carpet and flooring for anyone’s flooring needs and Vickey is the best guy to guide you through the process! Thank you Vicky for everything ?”
“Dave was very helpful when I was picking out my daughter’s bedroom set at Value City. He really listened to everything I was looking for and showed me options that matched exactly what I wanted. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall!”
“Was highly recommended to furnish my house at this store (a hidden gem) and the selection was outstanding, lotta ready merchandise for things that were needed sooner and some higher end custom pieces that we weren't rushing for which were so beautifully made, I was so happy with the way they came out and the prices were ridiculously cheap, my only complaint is that I am done decorating the house since it was great choosing from so many stunning options and having to decide between them made we want to start over with some more empty rooms......”
“Okay so yes is this place in a little disarray due to the changing season and then clearance being malled thru yes. Buttttt here's what changed my mind.... The customer service. One gentlemen started helping me and walked style over. Super helpful. Than when the style woman came over to find the one pair of slides I wanted among the chaos. I mean cmon incredible.”
“The most streamlined, flawless return experience I've ever had in my life. Professional staff. Great inventory. Ability to order from the app if your size isn't in the store. I never had one glitch or hassle with any Target purchase. Target gets it right every time!”
“Bought a sleeper sofa at Seaside Furniture and I could not be happier! Brady went out of his way to make to help me select the fabric. I highly recommend shopping here!”
