“I was totally overwhelmed with an Amazon return at the UPS Store at the Jackson location involving several gowns and multiple emails containing QR Codes. Initially, I waited in line to get up to the counter, and the young man who assisted me became somewhat frustrated with my inability to provide the QR Codes associated with each gown, which heightened my frustration level. I literally got out of line and went back to the store to try on my own to match up the QR Codes to each gown. I also needed to calm my frustration level down considerably! Then, I went back in a long line again and made my way up to the counter for a 2nd time. This time, my saving grace was being assisted by ANGIE, who went out of her way to offer respectful & patient assistance. Had it not been for her, I truly think I would have left the store in tears, concerned that a significant refund due to me would not have gone through accurately.
