“If mom and I could give more than 5 stars to Adapt Health Service Representative Otis and his trainee Melissa, we certainly would! These representatives from Adapt Health were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Otis explained the features of the semi electric bed and also told us why they worked a certain way. He also took the time to answer our questions about making the bed more comfortable and functional for mom in the future. Otis is a great teacher and I am sure that Melissa will do well in her capacity as an Adapt Health representative in the future. It was a pleasure to have Otis and Melissa be our service representatives today. Mom and I wouldn’t hesitate to have them come to our home again should the need arise.”

“It is unusual to deal with a salesperson that listened to what I needed, and I was provided what I asked for, without pressure to go to higher upgrades. I'm still working on using the chair, I think I finally got it all figured out.
Overall, I am satisfied with the chair and extremely satisfied with the service. The delivery was flawless. It arrived on time and installed very quickly. There was a follow up with questions and answers.”

I was given clear guidance on which documents I needed to provide. They were also kind enough to make a template for my doctor's office outlining what was needed to be compliant with my insurance. My doctor even expressed appreciation to me because the information was so clear and easy to follow. When I needed an exchange, it was done quickly and without any hassle. I've dealt with medical supply companies that would take at least 6 months for a simple exchange or adjustment, so I appreciate this level of competency and professionalism.
