Although my package was misplaced, they quickly fixed the issue and retrieved my package and brought it back to me. They even called to make sure I got it.

Went for a toddlers first passport with picture. They require you arrive 10-15 minutes early which I did, but got served 15 minutes late. Costumer service is kind and considerate, but for appointments for passport, expect delays.
