I order online and pick it up before going to work, however, this morning I do the usual and when I go in to pick up my order at 545 Broadway location, there were so many people waiting for their orders, I waited about 10 minutes for just a toasted croissant. When the lady handled me my order I left because I was late for work. When I opened my bag I realized that the lady had given me the wrong item. They really need to pay attention at what they’re putting in the bag because I don’t eat bagels or cream cheese. I was very unhappy with this.”
