Dave was busy but still made time to talk to me between calls and explain what was going on with my transmission. They were also able to fix my brake light. “My car wouldn't start on a cold holiday morning. I called My Way Towing, and the guy on a phone gave me pricing up front for both a jump ($85) and a tow ($125)--super reasonable. He told me he could get someone to me in about 20 minutes, and a tow truck came on time as promised. A jump ended up working, and I was able to drive the car to a local mechanic. I was able to pay online using a link they texted me.”

“Towers was very accommodating and helpful when we arrived. The process to pay and regain access to our vehicle was quick and easy. Unfortunately, this is not a 5-star review because our car was improperly towed. It is an AWD vehicle, which means it should have been transported on a flatbed — not by hook and chain. As a result, there is concern that damage may have been caused to the brake system and/or drivetrain. We are currently working with JCPD and BMW to obtain documentation regarding any damage caused by Truchan. A heads-up to everyone: invest in a dashcam. Apparently, if you expect accountability, you need to provide proof your car was functioning properly beforehand. And special thanks to Grace for that absolutely useless piece of advice — a perfect example of customer service at its finest.”

“The prices were reasonable for the service. A small truck ran me about $65 bucks including taxes and insurance the good thing is you don't have to full the tank up only what you use I did run over my max time 3 hours and ended up paying another $127 which was reasonable for mileage and going over the expected return the system is awesome where you can check in and out by phone and there's a drop box they also had huge boxes for less than $5 dollars for packing and moving the customer was good and the store operation system was on point the only thing is when you return the truck be expecting a return pile up and possibly no where to park my first time renting a UHAUL I was impressed and very satisfied”

Bob, our driver, towed our car quickly and even recommended the best tire shop in the area that would be close to the turnpike entrance for us to quickly get back on the road. The service was efficient and incredibly helpful.”

“Got a flat, didn't have a spare, called AAA. They sent Misael. He told me upfront the place that AAA picked out didnt do tires and helped me find a place that was within 2mi. Even tried to fill the tire in case the tow wasn't necessary, angled the tow so my car wouldn't hit a tree, and helped me at the tire place. Great guy, super helpful.”
