This Duane Reade is a bright and clean Walgreens location conveniently situated in front of the Grove Path station in downtown Jersey City, making it easy for quick visits. It is a large store offering convenience items, a pharmacy, and photo print services as a 24/7 operation. The store has a friendly and reasonably fast service, with staff noted for being incredibly helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and providing outstanding customer service. Employees are recognized for creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere, attentively answering questions, explaining products and promotions, and going out of their way to assist customers. However, the location can be difficult for those driving due to challenging parking, bad traffic congestion near the Holland Tunnel, and often long pharmacy wait times, especially on weekends, because the store can be short of staff. Some services are inconsistent, as the ATM frequently cannot dispense cash and FedEx package drop-off is not always available. While it is a convenient option for nearby residents, the store's selection of groceries is noted to be missing items like sandwiches and bread.
It's a great convenience if you're in need of supplies at any time in the day or night but what I don't appreciate is being followed by the employees.

It’s a Duane Reade but brighter and cleaner than the others in the downtown Jersey City area. Right in front of the Grove path station, it’s easy to go in and get out without too much waiting.
