“First time visiting this neighborhood store. I needed several of my windows re-screened. The service was quick and everyone there was very helpful. Thanks to John for getting my windows done so quickly. And a HUGE thank you to Justin who went above and beyond by helping me remove the screens from my windows and putting them back in. I will definitely be back here. Love supporting local and this business definitely deserves your business!”
“Great place. Excelente español. Needed to fix the sink drain plug. Gran servicio al cliente. I wanted to leave a review because it's so nice to still go to a place with great knowledge and help. Came home and fixed the drain plug issue. Gracias jefe”
“Central paint is my go to for any paint needs. The customer service is stellar and all the employees are super knowledgeable. Don't get your paint at a big box store...go to Central paint. They are awesome!”
“Quick stop into Home Depot on my way back to Brooklyn, super appreciated. Carlos‘s help figuring out the appropriate , size plumber valve piping for my project and also appreciate Asante for guiding me to the bathroom. It was a bit of a journey!”
“As a lifelong resident of Jersey City, I only first visited Tsigonia a few days ago in search of purchasing Benjamin Moore paint. I called the day before I visited to make sure they were going to be open and what their hours were and spoke to the nicest man on the phone. I had the pleasure of meeting Stanley upon my first trip to the store and it was such an amazing experience. He's so pleasant, helpful, genuine, and knowledgeable. It really took me back in time to experience such true customer service. He made such an impression on me. Stanley walked me through everything I needed, even mentioning things I didn't consider, giving me options to choose from, saying 'we want to make sure we have this right'. In this day and age, where are you going to find someone who actually cares about the color and finish of how you're deciding to paint your home? To me, that caliber of character speaks volumes in the day and age where you're likely to be flagging down someone for help in a store because they aren't around or are glued to a device. Anyway, I ordered the first batch of what I needed from him, and some samples to try. I made my mind up over the week, and called in the rest of my order because I would be arriving for pick up close to their closing time and wanted to be respectful of operational hours. Stanley was so precise, patient, and thorough with my order, 6 different colors and a variety of finishes within them - all to a T. My order was ready and accurate, all waiting to be paid for by the time I arrived. This man is truly such a role model for customer service, for this business, and the human race. Stanley, you are an angel.”
“Very nice own or worker.Went to buy shower head package, few other things and some keys cut. the shower hose broke trying to put it together and went back, ask the own if he has replacement hose I was willing to pay for new one, then own "It ok don't need to pay so he didn't change me. I am very grateful, I was willing to pay.I will be going back for sure to hardware store for just for great help and kindness if it was owner or the worker. Thanks so much!!”
“"How Doers Get More Done" that's their motto guys. Doers, not people who need help. Doers, are people who get things done....usually without much assistance. Home Depot over the past 10 years or so have tried to pivot toward being a full service- Starbucks type business, but have failed miserably. Do not go here looking for help, don't go to home depot if you're "not sure" of what you need. Don't come here for curbside drop off or for *laughing out loud appliances to be installed or to hire a contractor to install something. You will be met with an insurmountable amount of dissatisfaction, disappointment, and waste a phDs worth of time. Watch a YouTube video on how to do it yourself and buy the materials and tools to DO IT YOURSELF. It's tile, and wood, and screws and glues and paint. It's not rocket science. It's not micro hand surgery, it's not vascular surgery.”

“Three store selection is always good. The ever present issue with this and similar stores is getting help. It's as if staff avoid customers. If you're luck enough to be approached and asked if you need help, that person will usually be the staff that actually knows what they're doing and helpful.”
“They have good prices compared to other plumbing stores in the area. The owner was very helpful and explain to me my issue and what item I needed for my bathroom. Would come back!”
“We had an urgent issue with our front door and they came the same day. Fixed everything, even made a trip back to the shop to find a replacement for the broken piece. Super friendly and helpful.”
