“I have noticed a lot of negative reviews about this particular bank, but I must say that after my recent visit, I am not sure why people have given such negative feedback. The security personnel were polite and courteous, the bank teller provided a good service and the banker who assisted me, Michele Boyd, was exceptional in solving my problem. She was friendly and provided excellent customer service. Therefore, if anyone faces any issues with anyone else at the bank, I would highly recommend asking for her assistance.”

“I was only going to come in to redeem my points into cash but the Branch Manager Alberto was nice enough to explain to me all the different options I can use the points on. He showed me on the website and on the app how I can redeem the points for flights, apple products, gift cards etc. He showed me that it would be more valuable to redeem it for those items instead of just getting cash. All the tellers here are friendly and give great customer service!”

“Came here for the Operations Summit and had a great day ! Learned a lot about the upcoming developments to the system that will improve function for client and advisor.Location is great and easy to get to, parking is available for a fee near ( I used Uber)The location is modern and nice ! They house floors 2-6 and you recognize it by the bright green colors as soon as the elevator doors open. Great view from the 6th floor of the water. Great day here at Fidelity.”
