Beautiful along the river, and a short walk to Hoboken, or path , ferry across the street to Manhattan, very quiet and convenient suburb in the city center

Been living here since a year, so far no problem. Good location to commute into NYC

Management tries its best to resolve the issues but it's not enough. Automatic doors often don't work, 2/4 elevators often only working for a 30+ story building, AC/heating units inefficient (use fans to help), sound proofing is a joke, garbage trucks are loud. Definitely do not recommend buying here.
