“Dominique, worked SOOO well with her team, and basically invited me in to make sure my order was specifically what I was looking for, she was patient, offered discounts that were qualifying for my purchase- and overall just made me HAPPY to be at Staples! The cashier (I didn’t get his name) told me about the recycling program. Helped me download the staples app to get the maximum pointed for my recyclables, and with SUCH - positive spirt. “Overall, a good experience at this FedEx location. I came prepared with my FedEx account number, shipping details, and addresses already written out, which made the process quick and easy. The employee who helped me was excellent—friendly, efficient, and even commented that he wished more customers came in as prepared.
The reason for four stars instead of five was an odd interaction with the manager. I was shipping items using FedEx packing services and wanted to stay nearby while the box was packed so I could verify everything looked correct. I also wanted to take a photo of the completed package and shipping label for my records. The manager told me I couldn’t take a photo of the label because I already had the tracking number.
That struck me as a strange and unnecessary restriction. Afterward, I checked and couldn’t find anything in FedEx policies or rules that would prohibit taking a photo of your own shipping label. It seemed more like a personal preference or quirk of that particular manager than any actual company policy. It wasn’t a major issue, but it felt unnecessarily confrontational and left me wondering what the concern was.
That said, the employee who handled my shipment was great, and the shipping process itself went smoothly.”

I've received emails there, I received and sent faxes, I've loaded money on prepaid debit cards, I've got copies of documents, I purchase stamps, I used ATM, I've had documents notarized. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. And the Beautiful tan complexion young lady that always seems to be there is great on the eyes? and always very helpful.”

“I ordered a package from UFC Store to arrive to this location in Jersey City. Please note that you must call the store in advance for them to hold a package for you if you are from out of state as policies vary with UPS Store locations. Despite a slight initial misunderstanding; John personally took the initiative in locating my packages before UFC 328. We communicated via text and he was able to diligently locate both of their whereabouts/ flagged them to ensure it didn't get returned to sender. Thank you so much for making my experience that much better in Newark!”
