“Out of all of the UPS stores I've visited in my life (which is a lot), this one hands down provides the best customer experience. ALL of the employees are super helpful, informative, welcoming, and just nice in general. I've never gotten a bad vibe or felt like I was inconveniencing the workers (which is how I feel every time I go to USPS down the road...). I've been offered suggestions on proper packing to decrease shipping costs, I've received help with packaging including taping, and the store is always in stock with what I need. I especially love the large table in the center where I can lay out all of my orders to organize before shipping them out. You guys are great and I'll miss having this as my neighborhood UPS after I move!”

“The timing for printing and execution of holiday cards was spectacular. I ordered late in the day on Monday, they were ready early the next day. After miscounting the number of cards needed, I had called up and the additional cards were ready within 1 hour. The all looked awesome!The woman doing the printing, I regret not getting her name... she was just awesome! Couldn't thank her enough!”

“Came here today there was only one person ahead of me the clerk was very helpful to the customer.She also had great customer service skills very refreshing.I live in the next town over came here to see if the service would be better and it most definitely was I will for sure be back.I dropped off a bunch of prepaid and they were scanned right away no waiting for days like the other post offices I really appreciated that.Very small location but I do not mind it.One thing I wish they had a drop off box for prepaid but can’t have it all I would highly recommend going to this location I will be back and I hope my experience does not change”

“I went to this location to make a large purchase for a new retail store, and the level of service was absolutely amazing--nothing I would expect from any place that isn't Trader Joe's. Freddy, a manager, was super helpful the whole time I was in the store, helped me find the items I needed, expedited my checkout process to make it as smooth as possible, and even loaned me a U-Boat to transport all of my items since there were no carts. The associate at printing services was also really nice, and got me the big order of copies I needed by the time I was done shopping. Super professional and friendly service, which makes all the difference.”

“Despite reading all the bad reviews beforehand I experienced pretty straightforward checkin process when delivering to this place on monday morning. In&out in less than 20 minutes. Follow signs, park by the curb outside premises, walk with papers and ID to door no. 13 and get assigned right away”

“Trucker Directions- the entrance is on Duncan street, not in the prologis complex behind Duncan street. Duncan st is a dead end, but no worries… The building will be to your right, right after the JD repair shop, it has 418 on it really big. The entrance is after the building it’s very tight, so turn very wide.If you know how to blind side, you’re fine. The staff is helpful and friendly. I arrived at 1455 and was offloaded (15 pallets) by 1515!!! Overall a great experience, would drop here again.”

“It is sad to read so many bad reviews; this USPS location is a blessing to the community. Yes, they might not be readily responsive to redelivery requests, but at the very least you know your packages are safe and not mishandled like it happens with FedEx. The package will stay at the location until redelivery, or you can pickup yourself. I love that they respect their hours of operation. When it says that it opens at 8 am, you can rest assured the office is indeed open at 8 am sharp; not 8.15 am, not 8.30 am, not 10 am. You will never be late for work. I also appreciate that they do not drop off if there is no safe location to leave the package. We need to be appreciative that Jackson Hill has a USPS office, instead of having to take a hike to a farther location. Also this office is clean, and service is fast.”
