“I've been working with Bestype for years, and have yet to ever be disappointed. Reasonable pricing, great people on their team that are a pleasure to work with, and they can occasionally pull off miracles.
Last week I had a huge event across the street from their shop. The day before, we realized that we had sent the wrong art to the venue's print provider, and needed a same day rescue on this prominently placed piece of branding. Queue Tony, the shop's manager. As I walked in, I was ready to be told that I was crazy and then asked to leave since I was about to ask for same day (btw, it was about noon and they close at 6) large format printing and mounting.
I think Tony heard the panic in my voice as I was talking to someone at the front about my crazy ask. Their shop was already working overtime for a few other big jobs, but Tony found a way.
Thanks Tony and the Bestype crew for helping me keep my job. Y'all are lifesavers and have once again reinforced that I will be a Bestype customer until you close your doors (or until I drop, whichever comes first)!”

When I went to pick up my order, I realized that I wanted to print an additional image. They were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond. They not only provided me with their wifi so that I could work on my image using my laptop but also invited me to sit in their office while doing so.
I plan to use them again in the future.”

“I have used Digital City Printing a couple times now and I'm glad I found them. I needed very special business cards printed for our company, on double-sided black silk laminate, with UV spot coating on our logo. A lot of printers can't even do that. Digital City did an excellent job, which is why they are my go-to printer. Once they had an equipment breakdown, but they got it fixed and prioritized my job to get it to me in time for an important event.
Also, the people there are very nice and always responsive. You'll love working with them.”

“Bernie and all the other guys are always good with communication. They never have missed my orders & I’ve been going for a few months now with a couple projects every month or so. The quality of the inkjet is good. I think they have good pricing for where they are situated and the type of services they offer. With the discount for students it’s pretty average prices.
Compared to Luster where they are so rude, I’d take the trip to LTI any day.”

My only regret is that FedEx has scheduled to deliver my package later than I expected. That would make my whole purpose for paying over $200 to ship my very time sensitive package all worthless. I pray that the delivery date changes to at least 2 days earlier. That would mean the world to me.
I have returned to give FedEx a thumbs up ? for an excellent delivery service. Since my last post, FedEx delivered my very time sensitive package two days earlier than previously scheduled. That made all the difference for me.

“If you need a custom print and design job, this is the place! Joseph G. and Steven G. are the epitome of top notch customer service. They truly went above and beyond. I had browsed Etsy for a wallpaper design for my bedroom, even found some that I liked, but a lot of the sellers just went radio silent. That's when I found Fine Print online. Steven was able to create a design that was exactly what was in my head, offering different color options and even matching a Sherwin Williams color that I had picked out. The design was sent to me in four different wallpaper materials, and once I picked one, it went to print. Joseph was so gracious in messengering me the wallpaper so it would get to me in time for when I had scheduled my painters to install the wallpaper. This is where the service really was amazing. The people who first installed my wallpaper royally screwed it up. I was beside myself and so upset. I messaged Joseph to ask whether he would consider a discount for a reprint, and he said that they guarantee their product for 30 days, so he reprinted it for me for free. I was floored, and so grateful for Joseph and Fine Print for the excellent customer service, even for something that wasn't their fault. I found an expert wallpaper installer (see my other review for that), and I couldn't be more happy with the results. The print was high quality and the colors vibrant. They have earned me as a customer for life!”

“I cannot recommend this printing company enough. They absolutely came to my rescue at the last minute for an event and made the entire process so easy and stress-free. They were incredibly accommodating, extremely communicative throughout the whole process, and despite being very busy, they still took the time to print an additional sticker size option for me so I could compare and decide what worked best. That level of customer service is rare these days.
