“The workers were super helpful and patient with me. I like that there is a parking lot and shopping carts (for the Acme). I used their scale to check the weight of my package and also needed a little extra time to pack up (tape, attach label, etc). I was with my two kids and the patrons were all nice and extra considerate to me. I will come back here in the future.”

“Dominique, worked SOOO well with her team, and basically invited me in to make sure my order was specifically what I was looking for, she was patient, offered discounts that were qualifying for my purchase- and overall just made me HAPPY to be at Staples! The cashier (I didn’t get his name) told me about the recycling program. Helped me download the staples app to get the maximum pointed for my recyclables, and with SUCH - positive spirt. It made it FUN to go through a mundane “throw away”. This team is EXCEPTIONAL all the way around!!! Thank you for making my experience so fun and painless!”
“My sister asked me to send her some treats ? and iHad no idea as to how to execute. iBrought it here and they made the transaction seamless. iJust brought what iWanted to send and they handled the rest. Boxing ? printed the label and put that filler stuff in there too. So easy and with a great attitude and helped me send at the best rate I could find nearby. “This review is solely based on one of the employees here named Nicole. I’ve had an issue with my getting my package delivered to my house. The delivery updates kept saying that my package was not able to be delivered because I wasn’t home, even though I was at home all day. I called this distribution center directly and after many back and forths, Nicole answered the phone. She said she would personally look for my package for me. When she heard the package wasn’t in the truck she was searching in, she made sure to contact the driver that had my package and made sure it was going to be sent to the pickup location I chose. She even told me she let her manager know about my package and would follow up with me about the tracking. Now here I am, I finally have my package with the help of Nicole! She did not have to do what she did, but she went the extra mile to help me. This woman is the kindest and most helpful person I have ever met. She deserves a raise, recognition, or promotion! With the terrible service I’ve had with FedEx service, it was all made up when she came along and helped me.”
“I visited them on August 30, 2024, bringing 5 pallets of wires on a boxtruck. I signed up at door N13 for about 3 minutes, they started unloading immediately after signing up, another 15 minutes and that was it.
The only negative is the nervous black man who lets you through the gate and fills out the paperwork.”

“Why are they always closed then when you can run to the post office at lunch time there closed where's all the workers all the old people outside standing waiting for over an hour ? hire more workers this is ridiculous to hot to be having old people in the heat waiting this isn't good”
“This company in Virginia Beach, va could be improved. I love this company. They're not money- greedy. You dont have to declare what's in the boxes one-by-one as long as they're not contraband. Just be honest with them.
first of all, pay the rent. There's a sign at the glass window in this location regarding non-payment of rent, it's padlocked. The boxes for shipment are inside the warehouse. Secondly, improve customer service skills. Pay the missing contents and compensate them for their inconvenience and bad costumer service. After all there's an automatic insurance for lost items. BE honest with your customers. instruct your employees and delivery people in the Philippines not to steal some contents of the boxes. Penalize all of them if they did because no one would admit it.
Been praying that Makati express cargo in Virginia Beach would soon reopen.”
“Trucker Directions- the entrance is on Duncan street, not in the prologis complex behind Duncan street. Duncan st is a dead end, but no worries… The building will be to your right, right after the JD repair shop, it has 418 on it really big. The entrance is after the building it’s very tight, so turn very wide.If you know how to blind side, you’re fine. The staff is helpful and friendly. I arrived at 1455 and was offloaded (15 pallets) by 1515!!! Overall a great experience, would drop here again.”
“Came here today there was only one person ahead of me the clerk was very helpful to the customer.She also had great customer service skills very refreshing.I live in the next town over came here to see if the service would be better and it most definitely was I will for sure be back.I dropped off a bunch of prepaid and they were scanned right away no waiting for days like the other post offices I really appreciated that.Very small location but I do not mind it.One thing I wish they had a drop off box for prepaid but can’t have it all I would highly recommend going to this location I will be back and I hope my experience does not change”

“I love our Post here. Good people, hard working. And I just wanted to mention that I very appreciate our postman and USPS delivery service work! Lemme explain: our neighborhood is not the safest neighborhood in Jersey City for sure and packages are often disappearing if left at the door. However packages our USPS guys deliver we always receive because they either knock our door upon delivery making sure we're picking up the package or they manage to hide the package behind our fence so we can safely pick it up later. I very very appreciate this ! Thank you guys, you're the best !”

“I honestly don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. I had an amazing experience today thanks to JULIO ! I walked in without an appointment and didn’t have the right photo for my passport. Not only did JULIO kindly explain what I needed, but he also showed me exactly where to go to get my picture taken. He even waited for me to come back past the walk-in hours just to make sure I could get everything done today. He was incredibly pleasant, helpful, and professional the entire time. JULIO is the best, and I’m really grateful for his help!”
