The United States Postal Service at 69 Montgomery St is a functional retail location offering walk-in passport services. Experiences with staff can vary; some customers report employees who seem a bit frustrated or occasionally rude, while many others describe them as incredibly pleasant, helpful, friendly, professional, super helpful, and very nice. Service is generally fine and gets the job done, with some noting it can be slow but also very fast for specific transactions like passports. The location is praised as the friendliest and most helpful by a regular business shipper. A disappointing note is that postcards are not sold on-site, though mailing them is affordable. Overall, it is a decent and functional post office where managing expectations is advised, but many have amazing and great experiences, finding it easy for those who know what they are doing.
Post office should be ashamed as much money ast hey get window 4 should never have a wait time of over 40 minutes and the supervisor that finally came after me wisteling for help come to the window annoyed as if I were bothering her. Shame on you USPS!!!

The line was a bit long for a weekday afternoon. Judy was very nice and patient! The shipping process was smooth ☺️
