Walgreens is a pharmacy store offering health and wellness products, photo printing services, and a pharmacy. The store is generally described as organized, neat, and one of the most decent in the area. Many employees are noted as being helpful, knowledgeable, and not rude at all, which is a positive given current times. However, the store faces significant challenges. Due to thefts, almost everything is now under lock and key, requiring customer assistance for most purchases. This is frequently described as annoying. While the security measures are understandable, the process is frustrating. Customers must often walk to the front to find an employee for help, then return to the aisle, and finally go back to the front to pay, despite the presence of service buttons in the aisles. The pharmacy service receives mixed feedback. While some customers confidently choose the store, others report a decline in customer service. Specific issues include very long hold times on the phone, with employees not answering while visible and talking, and apparent confusion about the automated prescription system, leading to discrepancies about medication readiness. Customers recommend saving all notification emails, texts, and voicemails as proof. On a positive note, the photo service is praised for being very easy to order online and for impressive quality, with a strong recommendation. Overall, the store remains a go-to for everyday needs despite the operational frustrations.
Super rude employees don't even let you ask questions and respond rudely

It closes at 10 pm and not at 11 as indicated... I went several times and the refrigerators were out of stock... it's a shame because it's a great place...
