“Showed up at 6am for an 8am delivery out by 8:55am. Give the guard shack your paperwork when you arrive they’ll give you a door. Back in drop your trailer and the yard jockey will let you know when they’re done. Go back to the guard shack for paperwork”
“I see alot of bad reviews, but my experience was rather decent. Appt time 0830, arrived 0815.. waited 15 minutes and got put into door 2. Started unloaded right away. Had a full trailer and was done in about an hour. Now to go find parking in this god forsaken state. Lol”

“Wear your safety vest upon arrival. They will not check you in if you aren't wearing it. Arrived 2 hours before appt. Went through guard shack with no issue. Very tight parking lot and drive back to shipping office, staff was very helpful and got me a door in less than 5 minutes. Drove back around to front side, jockey was already moving trailer out of my door, dropped trailer and locked red line. Drove to the back of the facility to wait for them to finish loading.
I'll say this for everyone complaining about the facility... I'm not from Jersey.... I'm from Oklahoma, and at least with me, you'll get the attitude given back to you that you give to me. That being said, every employee that i communicated with at this facility was absolutely a positive experience. I did notice porta John's throughout the parking lot on the way to the back... which is better than most DC's that only one or two, and they're never near where we have to park.”
