I've even forgotten my card and they can look me up, but otherwise I save the scannable back side of the card to my phone's photos favorites and they scan that. The layout makes sense given 1/2 of the place is in a refrigerator section for good reason. Personally, I like shopping there if I'm going to make a grip of salsa with some Carolina Reaper peppers and need tomatillos, onions, etc. Also for dinner parties, nothing like grabbing a whole salmon, some mangoes, and going to town on the presentation. But that's how I roll. :) Other than how I do what I do, the place is kind of cramped, so your first time will be your worst time and then it gets better. Park close to the door so you're not wheeling your cart so far and can return it quick. Be courteous when parking your cart while browsing so you don't block others. And while this is a bulk restaurant supply wholesaler, it's got some really great deals if you can consume what you get in a real amount of time.”

“I will be honest, I order from BJs atleast 6 times monthly. Almost each time there is an issue. Either the salad is on it's last day or the grapes are brown. Today my order of $300 said delivered, but had not been.I called, after the line rang for 10minutes, a friendly voice answered the phone.It took less than 5 minutes but DAROTA tracked down my order which was still in the store and had Door Dash fix the situation.This is not a 5star location, but her 5 star service is what will keep me loyal to BJ's. Kudos to Darota.”
