Evon was so helpful and courteous with opening a checking and savings account and then months later opening a high interest rate CD for me. Jane was so pleasant and knowledgeable on all my transactions when visiting the bank. Jane was the one who told me about the high rate CD and also helped me with the use of the coin machine.”

“Yesterday I went to Chase to take care of some banking matters. The staff there were all very patient, especially Jonathan — he was not only very handsome but also extremely helpful. Even though my English is not very good and it led to a small misunderstanding in the end, the employees at the bank were all very warm and eager to help me!!!”
