They couldn’t help me because lady says 2 forms of ID is required but I do know in fact if you have 1 government form of ID (my DL) they could do “DOTP” since I am an account holder.

Stupidest bank ever. I went to cash my check - I had to bring my own manager to verify my employment to cash my check 🙄 the manager tried to convince me to this bank, NOOPE I’m so good.
