Not helpful staff, just a bunch of kids employed at the gas station that shrug their shoulders, stare into space and can’t answer basic questions. App also didn’t work, and when I called the UHAUL help line they accidentally cancelled my reservation for me LOL what a crazy experience

This place has to be a scam. I called about my reservation and before I was even given the opportunity to bring up my U-haul reservation I was immediately told I got the wrong number and was blocked. If the number listed on Google is real then there's something seriously wrong with this place.
December 2023
I reserved my van earlier this week and packed my entire apartment to move on Saturday . When I arrived they told me Amazon rented the trucks, and there were none available for me. My time for rental was at 2 pm so most places were closed or rented out for the day. I am baffled. Now I have to wait a week to move my belongings.
