41 NJ-36, KeyportYUM! I've been here a handful of times recently, as it's become my favorite diner in the area, and each time the food is so delicious! I've only been here on weekdays so it's very quiet and not busy which I love. The servers are friendly and helpful. The food is very tasty! I've had a breakfast platter with home fries that was excellent, and grilled and fried chicken wraps with fries which is also so good! The fries are great here. I can't wait to try other items on the menu as this feels less like a typical diner and more like a restaurant to me!

Tony's Pizza & Restaurant
300 NJ-35, KeyportThe pizza is some of the best around. They have very unique and very tasty choices which you can't get anywhere else.
I'm looking at a few reviews that are showing burnt crusts on the pizzas saying that they are overcooked, evidently those people are clueless on how pizza should be cooked.
Their Sicilian is probably the best around, airy and crispy, and their Italian sausage is fantastic. Try a variety of their shrimp pizzas with either jalapeño, Chipotle or avocado which are all available by the slice. They offer the largest variety of pies by the slice in the area so you can go in and select from a variety of choices without having to order the entire pie.
Do yourself a favor and give them a try.
My only objection is that it's not a place you can go for an evening out with the family but that could be fixed easily by partioning off the back half of the restaurant with either a divider or curtains where you can have a more intimate setting.
Otherwise, the pizzas awesome at a better price than most others pizzerias.

McDonagh’s Pub & Restaurant
2 West Front Street, KeyportOrdered burgers to go, mine with specific instructions to leave a certain item off. Picked up order, got home and opened my burger and the item i requested not be there, was. Not as if she may not have heard me, because she read the order back to make sure she had it rite. This is not first time something like this happened. Oh yeah, while I am kinda ranting, the sweet potato fries could have been cooked better. They were very soggy. 😣 Usually better. On a better note, my wife's order was very good! McDonagh Chips, as always, were very good also! Always have a good time while visiting McDonagh's Pub! Their enlarged outside patio is very nice! Great upgrade! See you again soon, will not let a couple of small details stop me from enjoying all else they have to offer. Overall, McDonagh's is a GREAT place to have a good time with friends! I will not give bad review for a one time issue, as McDonagh's is usually on point.
